HIW & CQC Compliant Patient Information Hubs
Communicate digitally with your patients like never before
Steffan wanted to create a way of quickly engaging with patients while at the same time complying with NHS standards of communication, reduce print cost with improved carbon footprint.
So he designed Patient Information Hubs which link patients digitally to the information available through the us of QR code, which can now be scanned by using the phones camera without the need for a dedicated app.
The Hubs gained national recognition from RCGP and further collaborations were established with patient participation groups, Childline, Barnados, DrinkAware, voluntary organisations, Citizens Advice and many more. Patient Information Hubs now include information from 23 national organisation who all contribute information.

I have been incredibly impressed with the service I have received from Steffan and his team. From the initial discussions about the product through to design, printing and installation of the hub, everything has been very slick and has required minimal input from me! The Information Hub provides clear instructions for the patients on how to use it, which means my receptionists don’t need to explain to patients how it works. Receptionists and clinicians signpost patient to the board instead of having to print leaflets or look for website details. We are provided usage stats at an agreed interval and they have shown that our patients have scanned the hub 2873 times in July 2018, which is incredible. QR codes are a very underutilised technology in healthcare so it is great to see this innovative approach. Every practice should have a Patient Information Hub!"

We became aware of the Patient Information Hubs by a local practice manager, Mr Steffan Gimblett. It took us some months to get on board due to it looking like a lot of work to get up and running. We were wrong with this assumption as we were given full support by Steff which made the creation of a personalised POD for our practice very easy. Once we settled on what links to put on our POD, the turnaround and service were rapid with the product produced and securely delivered in days. The product itself is of excellent quality and very eye-catching for patients."
